Description

Colour: Pale straw with flashes of gold

Nose: Lifted citrus fruits, with clear notes of grapefruit and ripe lemon; subtle white flower fragrance and a nice minerality on the finish.

Palate: Elegant structure with good concentration and a ripe acid line that reinforces the persistence. Lively citrus flavours: lemon, pink grapefruit, some nice aromatic notes of passion fruit.

Cellaring: 1 to 3 years.
