Awards
18.5/20 Points, Joelle Thomson, Drinksbiz October/November 2022
A Consistently outstanding Albarino with intense salty green olive flavours, a full body and a commanding presence in the glass. This is a youthful new release and will reward time in the bottle, providing more depth and complexity with ageing for four to five years. It also drinks well with its weight and fabulous seafood-friendly savoury flavours.

Vinification
Fruit was machine picked, using a destemming harvester before being crushed prior to pressing. The racked and clarified juice was then cool fermented in a stainless steel tank using an aromatic yeast. A short period of maturation on yeast lees followed prior to bottling.
